The Kraus Real Estate Team of Charles and Pat Kraus have been providing residential real estate services for the Greater Annapolis area since 1989. Lifelong Maryland residents Charles and Pat moved their family from Baltimore County to the Annapolis area in 1976. They have 3 daughters who have settled with their families in the Greater Washington, D.C. area.

Charles is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and holds a Brokers license in the State of Maryland. He is currently an Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Annapolis office.

Charles has been active in the local Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors having served as Director and on various committees in the past including a stint as Chair of the Forms Committee. In addition, Charles is a graduate of the Maryland Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, Class of 2002.

Charles has also appeared in two DVDs Strategies for Selling Your Home and The Home Buying Process, both produced by Show Me How Videos. The DVDs are available through http://www.ShowMeHowHowVideos.com and through Barnes and Noble, Target and Amazon websites. Currently available nationwide, the DVDs have sold thousands of copies to people looking for tips and information on selling, particularly preparing their home for sale, home inspection concerns and also buyers looking foe an overview of the home buying process. Both videos were licensed by the U.S. Army and made available as streaming video to personnel subject to relocation through the government’s Base Realignment Act.
