Charles Kraus is Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Annapolis, MD. He has been a licensed Realtor since 1992 and has had prior careers in retail management with the May Department Stores and in accounting and tax services with Edgewater Business Services.
Charles is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute and of the Maryland Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. He has served on several committees and sat on the Board of Directors for the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors. He is a lifetime member of the Distinguished Sales Acheivement Club (DSAC) and has served two terms as President of the organization. Currently he sits as Past President on the Board of Directors for the DSAC. The Distinguished Sales Achievement Club is a member organization of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors (AACAR) in Maryland. AACAR-member Realtors must meet certain productivity qualifications to become members and are recognized as the top 10% selling Realtors.
